Nestled just outside the bustling heart of York, Railway House presents a compelling blend of convenience and luxury. Accessed via electronic gates, our arrival was marked by an impressive building that hinted at the quality within. the two-bedroom apartment was notably clean, with exquisite decor reflecting a balance of elegance and comfort. Our stay featured a wealth of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen with cookware and an electric kettle, allowing for a pleasant self-catering experience. Free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. We particularly appreciated the free parking, which made exploring the city hassle-free, as attractions were within walking distance. Neil, the attentive host, greeted us with a welcome drink and a bottle of fizz, adding a thoughtful touch to our stay. While we enjoyed the private garden and outdoor dining area, the only downside was the multiple flights of stairs to reach our top-floor apartment.
